DR. BRIAN RODGERS

Dr. Brian Rodgers was born in Minneapolis Minnesota and was raised in Hopkins Minnesota. He moved to Utah and attended Brigham Young University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry. Dr. Rodgers attended Kansas City University of Medical and Bioscience, completed an internship at Tucson General Hospital in Arizona and completed his residency in Family Practice at Tucson General Hospital in 1997.

Jaycee Waters was born in Southern California, where she was raised in an environment where an organic lifestyle was always priority. She grew up naturally inspiring others to lead healthier, happier lives through a connection of the body and mind. She received her formal education from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2014 and her "informal" education from her own health journey and life itself. She’s coached independently and in clinical settings, favoring clinical settings as she believes in establishing a “Wellness Team” for optimal outcome. She is skilled in communication and relationship development and uses a customized approach with all of her patients on their journey towards vitality. She’s an advocate and strategist for people looking to obtain the tools for lifelong self-care.
Sidney Stoker was born in Pleasant Grove, Utah where she grew up and graduated from Pleasant Grove High School. She attended Utah Valley University where she received her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Physiology. She will be applying and attending Nursing school the summer of 2019 and wants to work in the cosmetic dermatology field once graduated. She is passionate about physical health and nutrition and loves educating patients on health body composition and muscle growth. On the weekends you can find her spending time outdoors hiking, and camping with her husband and 2 standard poodles. She has an uncanny skill for remembering song lyrics and rarely says no to a dare and would rather spend Saturday mornings thrift shopping than sleeping in. She is a promoter for comprehensive wellness and strives to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
